Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order at no cost if the order isn’t processed yet by simply emailing us at store@waybasics.com and requesting the change.

In case of modification, any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference.
