How do I place a return request?

If you’d like to return an item, please make sure the item is unopened, unassembled, and in a resaleable condition for the return to be approved.

Notify us via email at talktous@waybasics.com. We will send you return instructions along with the Return Material Authorization number. Please use a marker to write it down on a white paper and include it in your package . After that, just send the product back to us and we’ll issue a credit within 2-4 business days from receipt.
