What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damages to the box, you should notify us immediately and make sure to send photos to talktous@waybasics.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 2-3 business days).
